1. Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval.

• Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is our fault.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are offered only if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
